Alex is a real gem; he is unique amongst all the realtors in the GTA. We searched for the “right home” for months if not closer to a year and Alex never pushed us to make an offer. In fact, Alex actually discouraged us from getting caught up in the multiple offer wars. When my father told me he was looking to sell the family home I had expected a painful ordeal. My father cannot stand agents who are just looking to make a quick dollar and ooze that “sleazy salesman” vibe. When I contacted Aleks what we got was someone who was genuine, honest, worked hard and with integrity. He stopped my father from wasting money on needless renovations, and guided us through the whole selling process. Unlike other agents Aleks has a very hands on approach.
