Greetings, my name is Aleksandar Filipov,
With over 15 years of FULL TIME real estate sales experience (Since 2005), I am confident in helping my clients purchase and sell properties. I am a seasoned and award-winning Realtor®, a passionate industry leader with a proven track record for successfully completing real estate transactions on behalf of my clients.
Since my very early teens, my parents had me involved in the family real estate business. Over the years, I was taught everything there is to know about the real estate market, property renovations and flipping. 10 years later, in April of 2005, I received my license from the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) to begin practicing professionally in Real Estate.
Since 2005, I have learned from both my own, and other agent’s mistakes. This has shaped me into a top notch diligent professional Realtor®. Most Realtors® use regular pre-printed standard clauses in their purchase and sale contracts. Many of these standard clauses have small loopholes and are not written well enough to protect the client in case a problem arises. My services come with customized contract clauses that myself and my lawyers have written up and perfected over the years. I use these clauses to protect my clients’ interests in a real estate transaction and make sure there are no surprises on or before the closing date.
Realtors’® names have been tarnished by a large number of agents that practice in Real Estate as a secondary/part time job and are not aware of the responsibility and knowledge needed to carry out a successful Real Estate transaction while still providing their clients high quality services and fiduciary duties. I cannot say this is true about all of the agents that are part time, but I find that in most cases, this seems to be the reality. My services and professionalism are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. I provide trust and honesty which gives my clients peace of mind when working with me. I have always told my clients “If I wouldn’t sign it, neither will you”. Many of my clients after beginning to work with me quickly see that I am working in their best interest and that I look after their real estate affairs as if they were my own.
